Order Placement and Delivery Process

  • Once you place your order via our Telegram channel, it will be processed and prepared for delivery.

  • Free delivery is available for orders that meet the minimum order value for your region.

Minimum Order Value for Free Delivery by Region

  • North York and Thornhill: $20

  • Richmond Hill: $30

  • Aurora: $40

  • Newmarket: $50

For orders below the minimum amount, standard delivery fees will apply based on the weight of the package once the website is operational.

Special Introductory Offer

  • To make our services accessible during the initial stages of our business, we are subsidizing a portion of the delivery fees:

  • If the delivery cost exceeds the minimum order requirement, we will cover part of the delivery cost to reduce the charge to our customers.

  • For example, if you place a $20 order from Mississauga and the courier charges $20 for delivery, you will only pay $10, and we will cover the remaining $10.

Delivery Time

  • Orders will be delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Weight-Based Delivery Charges (Website Orders)

  • Once our website is live, delivery charges will be calculated based on the weight of your order. This ensures a fair and accurate cost for shipping based on the size and weight of the items you purchase.
